QWIN Enterprises LLC was founded in 2024 by Kamau Buffalo, a U.S. military veteran, to build businesses that do more than turn a profit—businesses that become part of the fabric of the communities they serve.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, I completed nearly four years of active service earning the National Defense Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Battle "E" Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal (2), and Kuwait Liberation Medal. Following my naval service, I built a public service career spanning county, state, and federal government roles, culminating in recognition at the Pentagon as part of the team awarded the 2018 Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) Research, Development, and Acquisition Innovation Excellence Acquisition Team of the Year, presented by the Hon. James Geurts. Backed by industry credentials including PMP, CISSP, AWS, and RHCSA, as well as civic engagement through the Rotary Club, Toastmasters International, and community mentorship, QWIN Enterprises is the realization of my lifelong dream: translating disciplined execution and mission-first leadership into positive, lasting contributions that build happy, healthy communities.
That mission led to our first venture: Galaxy Cue Lounge, a billiards lounge and social club designed to give Plant City a gathering place it doesn't currently have — one built around league play, community events, and a founders-first ownership model that lets early supporters share in what they helped build.
