QWIN Enterprises LLC is a holding company founded to create businesses that anchor and strengthen the communities we serve.
QWIN Enterprises LLC develops community-anchored businesses that combine sound financial fundamentals with genuine local impact. We start with a community gap, build a business model that fills it sustainably, and stay close to the people it serves.
Our flagship venture, Galaxy Cue Lounge, is a veteran-owned billiards lounge and social club under development in Plant City, Hillsborough County — projected to create 13–19 local jobs at full build-out. Alongside it, QWIN Crafted Studio brings the Galaxy Cue Lounge Social Club brand to life through print-on-demand merchandise.
We believe businesses succeed longest when they're built with a community, not just in one. We evaluate every QWIN venture against three questions: Does it fill a real local need? Can it operate on disciplined, sustainable economics? Will it still matter to this community in ten years?
Founded by Kamau Buffalo, Founder & Managing Member — a U.S. military veteran committed to building businesses that create local jobs and lasting community value.
